This is the best steak I've had in a LONG time. It was SEASONED. I'm so thankful for that. I've tried steakhouses in Vegas but they were overrated. The chef, Keith, knows how to cook a steak. The wedge salad was fresh. The raisin bread in the basket they bring out is sooo good. A must if you're in Tunica!
I have eaten there several times and it has always been great our waiter Alan was the best he had a fun but very professional personality I'm planning to go back very soon
First of all, this is very pricey unless you get their 4 course meals for 49.;95 or 59.95. Anything else outside of this will cost ya. Our waiter was nice, but was very annoying because he kept on saying "LADY is everything okay?" He served our drinks and stood there and stared at us! I asked him what esle we are missing...he said he wanted to make sure the Lady was happy with her drink. He was very brash on his approach and if you are there for a romantic meal....forget it. My wifes steak was really raw, and my Steak Diane was kid of fatty. By the time we got our bill, it was 153.95, plus $30 Tip.....to me it wasn't worth it for the atmosphere and service we got. The thing that got on my nerve the most instead of MAM, he kept on saying LADY to my wife.
I'm giving it 2 stars only because of my waiter and manager. The wait for the food was extremely long and I had to return my order for lack of taste and it being over cooked. My sister's steak was placed on a plate with no type of garnish or any anything to make it look appetizing. Their presentation sucked!
Great service, and pretty good food. Quite pricey. Excellent desert!
Food is always top of the line good! Service is always full force on top of it! All around a great place!
Tomahawk steak was very good. But that's it. Service was decent but slow and unorganized. Wife's order was barely edible. Overall bad
Everything was fine, except the Wagyu was very disappointing after having had real Kobe in Japan. The standard ribeye here is better than the Wagyu tenderloin, so it's best to stick with the cheaper cuts.
This was my best steak house meal ever. If the service and quality of the food stays consistent, l am never going to Ruth Chris again. My server Joesph made me feel at home. Should've had pictures but I ate everything.
So underwhelming and so unfortunate. The scalloped potatoes were never brought, but charged; we asked for any sauce besides the very bland cocktail sauce for our raw seafood combo, to which we got a $4 horseradish sauce...huh? But then got actual horseradish to help the cocktail sauce which worked, I guess... still no water after asking a few times. The French onion soup was soooo salty and so overconcentrated the it was a sauce that we saved for our steaks.... which were soon to come. Bison steak was so tasteless, and 25% of it stayed on the plate because it was poorly butchered and mostly gristle, thank God I got the blue cheese "sauce" because my filet (not the Bison) had literally no flavor as well, none. Overall: Our server had great suggestions and overall good service with an amazing personality, but the food was... well... terrible for this type of restaurant. The wine was the best thing about the meal, how sad.😷
$60 plus tax for 24oz Prime Porterhouse. Received medium rare ( as ordered ) but steak was barely choice, not prime. Was hard to chew. Never eat here again
Do not go by the bad reviews on the site. Our wait staff was very attentive and we never wanted for anything!!! Do yourself and your family a favor and stop by to form your own opinion.
Food was good but the booth was broken and falling apart. Ruined the experience for us. They need to replace the booths. Someone came out to try to put it back together, and while he thought it was fixed, it was not. The wood underneath the seats were showing and sides were not flush together. It was shaped like a half circle. On top of that, if you sat on the side of the table, you felt like you were falling out. We saw another couple complain about their booth when they sat down and were also falling out. Nobody even offered to move us or the other couple to a table. Bottom line... Food was worth going but don't sit in one of their broken down booths. Maybe the tables are better.
Peeeeeyouuuuuuuu what a place! I've had better service at a buffet. You think it's a stoney river equal, but it's waffle house with suits. Maybe i was just mad cause my AA got beat by KJ off. Either way, waffle house. But, I like waffle house. Meh
Romantic Place and the food was delish
Although our server, Alan was very hospitable and professional, the assistant manager, Albert was not. Albert proceeded to call security on my brother, who is partially deaf, to be quiet, although no one was sitting anywhere near us. He then brought over security, who was laughing at Albert's ignorance. How people like Albert keep their job, I will never know. Especially at a high dollar restaurant. Another waiter, upon departure, said we did nothing wrong and that Assistant manager Albert is a jerk. I concur in full, except with stronger language.
No service. Poor at best.
Didn't like the service
Wonderful food and service. You pay for what you get.
We have eaten here several times. The food and the service has been excellent each time.
Exceptional
Overall, pleased with this restaurant. Food is good quality - our group had several steak options, chicken, and seafood. Everything is ordered separately and the price of your meal can quickly go up if you are not prepared for it. We had a party of 15 so the service was very good as we had several servers helping. I do believe the prices were high for this part of the country. Drink prices are extremely hight. I would visit again. I give the restaurant a 3 due to the prices.
A very nice restaurant and inviting. the food was delicious and I was only pleasantly surprised. The staff was first class and friendly. The restaurant is accessible via the casino. It is recommended to use a reservation. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and handicapped accessible. from me full 5 stars for food, friendliness and service.
Service was good. The salad was excellent. The steak was under cooked but great flavor. Over priced for what you get. Has great potential but greed will never win over customers. Hope it changes it's prices and the cook works on temp for his steaks.
I would give a 0 star if that was available. Service is nonexistent. Ordered a Waygu Ribeye and the only thing that slightly resembled Waygu was the fact they were both beef. By FAR the worst quality meat and taste you could ever receive in any restaurant. Absolutely nothing positive to say. Unclean glasses, silverware, and watched the cook preparing steaks on the way out I realized why my steak was less that 1/2” thick. I have seen armadillo receive less pressure from car tires as they navigate there way across a highway at night. Save your money and go to a much nicer locale the gas station deli down the street. BEWARE!!!
It’s always the best. Meaning, I think you get what you pay for...
Love coming here for the food on point every time
We had a fantastic meal here last weekend! My friend got the bison ribeye with creamed spinach and a wedge salad. I had the prime rib, onion soup, and baked potato. Service was really good, and unhurried. So many times at a “resort” you have chain restaurants with no personal service. I would recommend this place any time.
I enjoyed Jack Binion's. I was a little leery about going because of reviews I read but we had a celebration package so we decided to give it a try. Every thing was delicious from the salad (not pictured) to the steaks. I had the Porterhouse. He had a Ribeye. To the baked potatoes which were huge and came with a 4 section ramekin with butter, cheese, bacon, and sour cream to dress your potato as you choose. Not to mention the cheesecake was complimentary because it was my friend's birthday. He want a steak dinner for his birthday and he was not disappointed! The Porterhouse was worth every penny. Both steaks had great flavor... no sauce needed! Surprise Steak Dinner for the win!
This place is getting worse. The food and service. The bartender was rude. This happened 3 day's ago Saturday.
